About Us
D’faces exists to cultivate creativity in our community. Our programs support and encourage young people to express themselves creatively, make friends, and learn new skills. We operate under the vision that young people from Whyalla and surrounds are celebrated for their creativity, art making and the contribution they make in building a stronger, more vibrant community.
First funded in 1994, D’faces is a not for profit organisation supporting regional youth through the arts, based in Whyalla, South Australia. D'faces provides workshops and special programs in performing and visual arts. We are able to exist thanks to funding by Carclew Youth Arts. Other individual project support comes from Australia Council for the Arts, Whyalla City Council, The Government of South Australia via Arts SA and Country Arts SA along with other wonderful partners who want to help regional young people make great art.
